The History of Goff Brothers
Goff Brothers Construction Company Inc. has been serving the Cape Cod community for over 43 years! Jack Goff founded the company in 1979 with his younger brother Joe and several brother-in-laws as his first employees. In 2002 his son John Goff became Vice President and Lead Foreman of the company. Upon Jack's retirement in 2021 assumed the role of President. Goff Brothers Construction Co. Inc engages in a wide range of construction projects including new builds, additions, remodels, historic restoration and landscape construction.
Meet the Team
John Goff: President
John has been on the job since the second he could hold a hammer and hasn’t looked back since! He first took an interest in the trade at the age of 7 while his father and staff were building their family home on Crystal lake in Orleans, spending every day after school helping and learning. John takes pride in managing each of their projects with the care and attention to detail of a seasoned professional. He is committed to the satisfaction of his customers through each stage of a project and works to bring each homeowners’ vision to fruition. In his free time, John enjoys surfing and spending time with his wife, daughters and friends.
Jillian Goff: Office Manager
Jillian joined the family company in 2016 in the role of Office Manager. Jillian manages all of the administrative and financial operations, keeping customers, team members, and partners working seamlessly. She thoroughly enjoys her role in the company and appreciates how it gave her the opportunity to work from home while raising her and John’s two young girls. After the paperwork is done for the day Jillian enjoys baking and spending time on the beach with her family.
Ashley Hogg: Project Manager/Lead Estimator
Ashley started with Goff Brothers in 2012 as a carpenter and instantly earned her place as a valued and respected staff member due both to her expert craftsmanship and outstanding attitude. After five years with the company, she took some time to start a family and gain experience in contractor sales and supply management, quickly working up the ladder at one of the Cape's largest lumber retailers. This experience gained her invaluable knowledge in the product and supply industries that we work closely with every day to complete our projects. She returned to Goff Brothers in 2021 as a Project Manager and the Lead Estimator. When Ashley's off the clock she enjoys spending time with her two young boys and husband.

Jack Goff: Founder
Jack learned to use tools from his grandfather in the 1950’s and has now been building for over 50 years. He built Goff Brothers Construction Company Inc., from the ground up after he chose to settle in the beautiful town of Orleans. During the process of building his family-owned company, he has contributed to the homes of countless Cape Cod residents spanning from Provincetown to Osterville! Jack retired last year making his son John the new president of Goff Brothers. Now that Jack is retired you can find him out in nature with his dogs, catching up over coffee with his friends downtown or entertaining his three granddaughters with his vast historical knowledge.
